How we Work
Upon receipt of an enquiry we will either invite you to our offices in Muswell Hill, or in some circumstances we can visit you at your home or your place of work. The initial consultation is at our expense regardless of the time spent, as this is most important to establish whether we are able to assist with your needs and objectives.
We do charge a fee of £195 for any mortgage submitted. This fee is only payable once the Mortgage Offer of Advance has been issued.
